**Responsibilities**
As **Service Account Manager,** your role will be to:
- Be the spokesperson for your customer within speos and from speos to your customer.
- Monitor the day-to-day production of the customers in your portfolio and be responsible for all related administrative tasks.
- Reporting to your customers in a clear and analytical manner.
- Understand our customers’ businesses and the solutions offered to them, enabling you to make proposals for improvements in order to achieve your up-selling and/or cross-selling objectives.
- Contribute to the implementation of improvement proposals in consultation with other departments.
**Profile**
As a **Service Account Manager,** you will have:
- A bachelor degree or Masters or equivalent through experience and training.
- A first experience in managing service accounts.
- An excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**And you are also**
- A good communicator with good listening skills;
- Able to cope with stressful situations
- An administrative jack-of-all-trades who knows how to get on with the job.
- Attracted by IT and you have a commercial orientation
- Autonomous, but also a team player.
