We are currently looking for an dynamic Junior Account Manager to join Nu Skin. It concerns a temporary replacement with an immediate start date. You are available on a full time base (39 hours/week) and will work from our office in Zaventem (Belgium). As Junior Account Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team within the WEU region. This role involves aiding Account Managers in enhancing customer retention, market growth, and sales productivity. The JAM develops strong relationships with distributors, addressing their inquiries through various communication channels. The primary responsibility is to learn about our compensation plan, business model, distributor network and administrative processes (such as country changes, order moves, and exceptions), while providing essential support to Account Managers.

Being an account manager includes the following responsibilities, amongst other:

- Daily Team Meetings: Participate in daily meetings to discuss daily tasks and upcoming priorities.
- Information Management: Provide accurate information and support to distributors, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly.
- Account Verification: Check distributor accounts to address any doubts and follow up on cases as needed.
- Documentation: Manage communication between distributors and the finance & compliance departments. You will archive documentation.
- Event Preparation: Assist in the preparation and organization of events.
- Social Media Management and Content Creation: Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms and prepare recognition posts.
- Support Account Managers: Aid Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in their tasks, including preparing for monthly meetings with distributors.
- Cross department Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and other teams to ensure distributors receive comprehensive support.

**Profile**:

- Previous work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- A background in customer service or sales support is advantageous.- Nearly native French plus a good level of English, a big plus if you master any of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch- Good knowledge of MS Office, Canva or equivalent- You possess an enthusiastic and energetic personality- You are organized, punctual and customer-oriented- You are a team player who also likes to work independently- You are passionate about helping people- You have strong communication and negotiation skills- You have good presentation skills and can handle conference calls
- You are a social media savyy, especially with Facebook and have experience in managing closed groups.
