**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Als customer service medewerker sta je in voor de dagelijkse ondersteunging van de key accounts.
Zo sta je o.a. in voor:
- Offerteaanvragen
- Opbouwen van een goed klantencontact
- Ontvangen en nauwgezet opvolgen van klantaanvragen om hun tevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Nauwlettend volgen van de fasen van lancering, wijziging en stopzetting van producten.
- Samenwerken met teams van het laboratorium, de verpakkingsontwikkeling, de supply chain en de productie.
- Coördineren met de planningsafdeling om de toezeggingen aan klanten na te komen.
- Actieve ondersteuning bieden aan de key account bij diverse ontwikkelings
- en onderhoudsactiviteiten van de zakelijke relatie.
- Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en het verzamelen van essentiële informatie.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- U hebt een bachelordiploma in secretariaat talen of met een commerciële focus,
- U beheerst perfect het Frans, Nederlands en Engels,
- U beschikt over sterke computervaardigheden, met name in de Office-suite, en kennis van een ERP: interne opleidingen zullen worden voorzien,
- U bent resultaat
- en klantgericht, zowel voor interne als externe klanten,
- Uw opmerkelijke kwaliteiten omvatten nauwkeurigheid, reactievermogen, altruïsme en autonomie,
- U bent een goede onderhandelaar en doorzetter,
- Uw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zijn een waardevolle troef.
