Als engineeringsafdeling **(Engineering & Technology)** vinden wij het cruciaal dat we onszelf voortdurend blijven challengen op vlak van techniek. Om dit mogelijk te maken zijn we op zoek naar iemand die de tijd en ruimte krijgt om de focus te houden op technisch groeien van de afdeling: je zorgt ervoor dat je collega’s voortdurend kunnen blijven leren, dat de best practices geborgd worden in standaarden - en gebruikt worden, en dat je bijblijft met de beschikbare technieken op de markt en de veranderende wetgeving. Met andere woorden: je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw technisch domein binnen onze site in **Antwerpen-Hoboken** en kan je hier volledig in verdiepen.

**Wat jij zal doen**

Als **Process Manager IT** ben je binnen de afdeling verantwoordelijk voor opbouw, overdracht en beheer van alle relevante kennis binnen deze discipline. Je hebt een brede kennis over de volledige discipline, en bent zelf expert binnen één of meerdere deeldomeinen. Daarnaast werk je samen met andere experten binnen de overige domeinen. Onder deeldomeinen verstaan we onder andere:

- PLC: Siemens Simatic STEP 7
- PLC: Siemens Simatic TIA Portal
- SCADA: Siemens Simatic WinCC
- SIL & PL
- Profibus DP: netwerk opbouw en het opsporen van fouten
- Profinet: netwerk opbouw en het opsporen van fouten
- Ethernet netwerken en netwerkbeveiliging
- Programmeertalen: VB en/of VBA als ook ANSI-C.

**De functie houdt in**:

- Technische standaarden: Je zorgt ervoor dat bestaande standaarden systematisch geactualiseerd worden en dat er nieuwe standaarden opgesteld worden waar nodig. Hiervoor werk je samen met experten binnen de materie. Je voorziet opleiding en ondersteuning voor het gebruik van deze standaarden. Hierdoor maak je het mogelijk dat de technische afdelingen steeds kunnen werken op een efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier.
- Technische kennis: Door te bepalen welk kennisniveau we verwachten en wat er nodig is om dat te behalen, zorg je ervoor dat heel de afdeling op een hoog technisch niveau kan werken. Hiertoe kan je onder andere het delen van best practices aanmoedigen, specifieke kennis borgen, opleidingen organiseren,
- Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt de projectmedewerkers door inzetten van de beschikbare experten kennis.
- Experten: Je bouwt een netwerk uit van mensen met specifieke kennis binnen bepaalde domeinen van deze discipline. Zij kunnen mee ingezet worden bij specifieke onderwerpen.
- Technische ontwikkelingen: je volgt op welke ontwikkelingen er bestaan op de markt en welke wetgevingen er wijzigen. Waar van toepassing integreer je dit - mits de nodige testen en opleidingen - binnen de site.

**Naar wie we op zoek zijn**
- Heb je een technisch masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 5 - 8 jaar relevante ervaring
- Een brede kennis binnen de betreffende discipline (Process IT) en experten kennis binnen één of meerdere deeldomeinen van deze discipline
- Heb je een passie voor techniek
- Een breed netwerk uitbouwen binnen jouw vakgebied
- Technische materie graag en goed overbrengen
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten kunnen bepalen
- Ben je assertief, communicatief en resultaat gericht
- Heb je een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken & geschreven)
