SPIE Belgium aide ses clients d'une part à concevoir et réaliser leurs équipements techniques et d'autre part, à exploiter et assurer la maintenance de leurs installations.
SPIE est actif sur l'ensemble du territoire belge au travers de chantiers très divers et exigeants.SPIE Infrastructure Project gère actuellement des travaux dans les domaines aéroportuaires, ferroviaires, voies navigables et voiries. Vous seriez amené, pour des projets d'installation principalement en Wallonie, à : Etre en charge des projets voiries sur toute la Wallonie, ce qui comprend l'optimisation de la signalisation dynamique sur la E25 reliant Liège au Luxembourg (Projet PMV, poteaux lumineux,...). Etre responsable des aspects de sécurités, techniques, commerciaux, contractuels, qualitatifs, méthodiques et financiers de vos projets. Effectuer le reporting financier mensuel en veillant à assurer le rendement financier des projets ainsi que son financement. Mener et guider votre équipe de projet à l'aide d'une bonne préparation et planification. Suivre les 10 règles d'or du projet management notamment en matière de planning, respect des délais, suivi, gestion financière,Etre en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les sous-traitants. Effectuer les évolutions annuelles du personnel sous sa conduite et participer activement aux plans annuels en matière de formation et sécurité avec la direction du Department Project Manager et B.U. Assister la partie commerciale durant les phases de développement notamment pour l’optimisation des rendements, les choix techniques et la rédaction de l’offre technique. Participer également à la revue des offres avec la direction. Avec votre équipe et support, vous occuper de la coordination du projet et organisez votre travail de manière autonome avec le support de votre Department Manager. Assurer le suivi sur chantier les effectifs afin d'en assurer le bon déroulement. Votre leadership est positif et bienveillant. Vous êtes aussi le moteur du bon esprit d'équipe tant sur les projets qu'au niveau de la division Infrastructure. Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans des projets d'infrastructure. Une connaissance de nos domaines d'activité est un plus. Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur dans un domaine technique tel que l'électromécanique, l'électricité ou l'automatisation ( ou équivalent par l'expérience). Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes informatiques (Suite Office). Vous êtes à l'aise en électricité industrielle. Vous maitrisez des logiciels de planning comme Projet Professionnel. Etre à l'aise en régulation et signalisation aéroportuaire est un vrai plus.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans des projets d'infrastructure. Une connaissance de nos domaines d'activité est un plus.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur dans un domaine technique tel que l'électromécanique, l'électricité ou l'automatisation ( ou équivalent par l'expérience).
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes informatiques (Suite Office).
- Vous êtes à l'aise en électricité industrielle.
- Vous maitrisez des logiciels de planning comme Projet Professionnel.
- Etre à l'aise en régulation et signalisation aéroportuaire est un vrai plus.
