Vous travaillerez en tant que **Project Manager** au sein de notre division **Building Projects**, située à Bruxelles. Cette division est chargée de superviser des projets d’installations électriques en moyenne et basse tension ainsi qu’en sécurité électronique, pour nos clients du secteur tertiaire (notamment les hôpitaux, immeubles de bureaux et maisons de repos).
Nos équipes sont présentes sur les chantiers les plus divers et les plus exigeants partout en Belgique
Le Project Manager chez SPIE Belgium joue un rôle clé dans la coordination et la gestion des projets depuis leur phase de conception jusqu'à leur réalisation complète. Sa mission principale est de garantir le bon déroulement des projets, tout en veillant à la satisfaction du client et au respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.
Le Project Manager est responsable de la** coordination de l’équipe** d’étude et de réalisation. Il s'assure que la communication entre les différentes équipes est fluide tout au long des différentes phases du projet, allant de la préparation du chantier à sa clôture. Pour ce faire, il s'implique activement sur le chantier, assurant ainsi une présence effective et proactive.
Il est également en charge de **l'élaboration des offres** pour les clients. Le Project Manager étudie et chiffre les appels d’offres afin de préparer des offres compétitives et adaptées aux besoins des clients.
En outre, le Project Manager est chargé du** lancement des projets** et de **l'organisation des chantiers**. Il collabore étroitement avec le Site Manager pour définir les moyens matériels nécessaires à la réalisation du projet.
La **constitution des équipes** d’exécution est également une tâche importante pour ce poste. En collaboration avec le Site Manager, le Project Manager sélectionne et constitue les équipes adaptées à chaque projet.
La** gestion des projets** est suivie de près par le Project Manager. Il est responsable de la gestion des projets qui lui sont confiés et rend compte régulièrement de l'avancement à sa hiérarchie. Il peut également être amené à établir des plans d’assurance qualité spécifiques aux projets si nécessaire.
Enfin, le Project Manager est le garant de la** satisfaction du client**. Il s'assure que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites dans le cadre des projets qui lui sont confiés ou des clients qu'il suit. De plus, il soutient le développement des autres activités de SPIE Belgium dans le cadre du pilotage commercial de ses clients.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelier en électricité ou électromécanique.
- Vous justifiez d’une première expérience avérée dans le domaine.
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et flexible.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais.
**Expérience minimum**: 6 ans ou plus
