We are looking for a **Transformation Project Manager **who is agile and innovative to join us in our** Corporate and Development Finance Team, **based at our HQ in** Brussels, Belgium.**
**About the role**
The mission of this role is to deliver data-driven actionable and impactful insights that create patient value and ensure the right allocation of resources for insight generation.
The **Transformation Project Manager** will support Analytics Transformation Head in various projects delivery and coordination to enable our analytics and insights operations. This is role will also have close collaboration with Insights Excellence team to support broader vision of project management in the whole Insights and Analytics organization.
**What you’ll do**
- Help to ensure that UCB achieves its strategic objectives by enabling fact-based decision making through the successful delivery of insights projects.
- Evolve the adoption and usage of (secondary) data and advanced analytics by proactively and iteratively managing resource capacity and allocation.
- Be the champion for a data-driven, decision-making culture with a analytic and value-centric mindset, enabling the most optimal strategic and tactical business outcomes.
- Help UCB prioritize and activate the optimal portfolio of insights projects (mix and timing) to drive faster results and control costs.

Report to Analytics Transformation Head
Support and work with; Insights Excellence Team, Global AA Team and other PM’s
**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Educated to a minimum of BSc (or equivalent)
- Project management certification is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and execution skills is a must with strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Effective communication, presentation skills
- Experience in the interaction with various external stakeholders is preferred
- Change management experience is a plus
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple languages and cultures (with English as the common language)
