To strengthen our **Insight to Impact Global Analytics & Data Foundation team**, based in our **Headquarter** in **Brussels**,** Belgium**, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Head of Analytics Transformation**.

**Global Analytics & Data Foundation** team is the in-house analytics mind and a trusted sparring partner to enable strategy implementation with intelligent advanced analytics, purposeful & focused data-driven insights, and innovative views on Business Solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to **join a diverse team** with colleagues from 16 different nations who have **strong analytics capability** with various business backgrounds, such as Commercials, Finance, operations, Talents, Clinicals, etc, and **create impact through data & analytics**.

**The role of Head of Analytics Transformation is to drive the overall success of analytics projects within Global Analytics & Data Foundation and analytics transformation within UCB.**

He/She will provide people leadership and appropriate methods to enable execution excellence of analytics projects and play a key role in fostering a rich environment for analytics capability to grow within UCB further.

The responsibility includes but is not limited to setting/executing the proper process and ways of working in analytics projects, leading/curating analytics learning programs, change management for sustainable success, and E2E project management and execution for large-scale transversal analytics projects.

- Provide methods and guidance for analytics squad teams to ensure project execution excellence and sustainable success.
- Lead complete end-to-end process excellence of large-scale analytics projects. These projects can be complicated in stakeholders' management and scope, and E2E accountability includes roadmap design and prioritization, project planning and design, orchestrating team setup and resource allocation, change management, testing & tooling, etc.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders/external partners to foster analytics capability through analytics training programs and case sharing workshops.
- Drive change management in analytics projects together with the project team, change lead, and talent partners.
- Mentor and develop team members incl. agile project management, communicating results, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
**You will contribute by**:

- Developing and evolving methods on agile project management for different types of analytics projects.
- Leading and managing large-scale transversal analytics initiatives.
- Curating and implementing learning initiatives.
- Driving cultural and mindset change toward knowledge and use of analytics.
**Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Prior experience in driving analytics transformation program, with extensive project management and execution experiences in analytics/digital-related projects.
- Deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and explain these methodologies to non-analytic professionals.
- Excellent communication skills to audiences of diversified backgrounds and mindsets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to work in changing environments and uncertainties to drive progress proactively.
- Have a successful track record in developing a strong relationship and influencing change with a serving mindset.
- Self-starter, excellent problem solver with solid analytics and strategic mindsets.
- Have utter business impact pragmatism.
- Excellent Organizational and planning skills, structured way of working.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
