Head of Creator Acquisition

**WHO WE ARE**
We are looking for a passioned Head of Creator Acquisition who is ready to bring our platform to the next level.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- ** Acquisition Strategy**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive acquisition strategy to attract creators, artists, publishers, music labels and fan communities
- Analyze and segment the market to draft a comprehensive acquisition strategy
- Identify trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to capitalize on growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing creating growth campaigns to attract creators and labels
- **Creator Revenue Optimization**:
- Keep a constant eye on conversion rates to make sure both creators and fan generate value for Winamp
- Be accountable for creator revenue, collaborating with marketing and product to enable creators to maximize their revenue potential
- Lead cross-selling initiatives for creators, namely:
- Licensing (through the Jamendo Licensing service line)
- Rights management (through the Bridger service line)
- NFT minting
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Leverage existing industry connections and establish new relationships to expand Winamp’s network of creators, labels, and music industry players
- Attend key industry events and conferences to enhance Winamp’s visibility and build relationships with potential partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the music landscape to anticipate and adapt to evolving market demands
- **Portfolio Management**:
- Assist top-tier creators and labels in onboarding and managing their portfolios on the platform to ensure a positive and productive partnership, in collaboration with operations and product
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to measure the success of acquisition strategies and optimize your approach
- Provide leadership with regular reports and insights on acquisition efforts and outcomes
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role in the music industry, demonstrating successful acquisition and partnership outcomes
- Natural leader, confident public speaker who has already managed teams
- Strong communicator in English, French and any other languages will be a plus
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategy
- Extensive network in the music industry (creators, artists, labels, industry professionals, etc)
- Able to establish partnerships and negotiate contracts
- Startup mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities change
- Passionate about music and eager to address the challenges faced by artists in the digital landscape
- Knowledge of the main music rights management mechanisms
- Able to work from our offices located in Brussels (Anderlecht), in a hybrid mode
