**Jouw functie****:
Binnen de directie Building en Facilities zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Building & Security Agencies. In deze functie zal je eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor de veiligheid en branding van de gebouwen van de bankagenten. Daarnaast coördineer je ook het beheer van het park ATM en ATSafe. Je zal een team operationeel aansturen bestaande uit 5 directe medewerkers. Hierin zal je focus gaan naar het efficiënt beheren van een mobiel team, het beheer van een 700-tal agentschappen, het bewaken van de veiligheid en de correcte uitstraling van deze agentschappen en van de hieraan verbonden assets. Je rapporteert aan het Head of Building AG & Cash Management.

Meer in detail houdt de functie volgende elementen in:

- Organiseert en bewaakt het operationele takenpakket verbonden aan de veiligheid & branding van de bankagentschappen, de aanpassingen aan bankagentschappen (verbouwing, verhuis, ) en het beheer van de cash toestellen.
- Draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de fysieke, elektronische & organisatorische veiligheid van de bankagentschappen.
- Draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor Crelan brand uitstraling van de bankagentschappen.
- Stuurt de installaties en werking van het park ATM & ATS.
- Beheer van een team van project opvolgers & beheerders bestaande uit mobiele medewerkers en een backoffice medewerker.
- Kwalitatieve opvolging van de dienstlevering van de leveranciers met een hieraan gekoppeld efficiënt budgetbeheer.
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van interne & externe medewerkers, optimaal benutten van hun competenties, vaardigheden en know how teneinde betrokkenen over de verschillende sites als een goed functionerend team te laten samenwerken aan gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen.
- Houdt zichzelf continu op de hoogte van de evoluties van de markt, wet
- en regelgeving, risico's edm. binnen het eigen vakdomein. Speelt hier proactief op in door de nodige acties te nemen om producten, processen en werking hierop af te stemmen. Stimuleert ook de medewerkers om hetzelfde te doen vanuit hun verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie als referentiepersoon ten opzichte van interbancaire overlegorganen en andere externe partijen ten einde het standpunt van de organisatie te verdedigen, advies te geven en deel te nemen aan de besluitvorming.
- Leidt en neemt actief deel aan verschillende transversale projecten om de organisatie of processen te verbeteren.

**Jouw profiel****:
Als bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring kan je een relevante kennis voorleggen in supplier management en heb je ervaring met budgetbeheer.
Kennis van physical security en/of building management alsook asset management is een plus

Je kan proactief risico's inschatten en hier tijdig op reageren.
Gezien de aard van het werk is het noodzakelijk dat je flexibel bent ingesteld, met een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en gericht om als einddoel oplossingen te bieden. Hierbij wordt je natuurlijk bijgestaan door enthousiaste medewerkers en collega's.

Om goed te kunnen communiceren beheers je zeer vlot de Nederlandse en Franse taal en je kan je communicatiestijl gemakkelijk aanpassen aan je publiek
