To strengthen our **I2I Supply & Technology & Functions** team, based at the HQ in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of **FP&A Head of Reporting**. This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 2 years.

The role is accountable to direct all Financial Planning & analysis activities to ensure Inside to Impact team is enabled with all the relevant financial information to generate their insights.

The purposes of the position are the following:

- Support the planning lead for the maintaining of the global processes around UCB’s 10YP, Planning and Budget (incl WFP).
- Support the global and local teams during the planning cycles and with additional analytics
- Ensure the technical 10YP & planning set-up, master data
- Continuously improve and maintain global processes around UCB’s workforce planning, reporting and insight generation.

The planning head will as well be responsible for technical process simplification, elimination, automation and harmonization across all countries.

The role is reporting to the lead of insight-to-impact for functions/supply & technology.

The position has a global scope and includes project work.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure timely budget submissions of the Patient Value Units and Functions
- Direct and coach the team to support the business and insight to impact teams on their business questions, resource allocations and decision support
- Lead the Planning team to work closely with FP&A’s and FBP’s to support the business on ad hoc queries
- Drive the financial planning process from consistency, tool, knowledge sharing perspective
- Work with finance colleagues to identify & quantify finance risks
- Lead finance projects as required

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid analytical background and good business knowledge
- 5 to 10 years relevant professional accounting experience either within the accounting profession or in house. Strong experience working with complex, global organisation a must
- Leadership skills are a must experience in managing a large diverse virtual team spread across multiple countries
- Solid understanding of financial statements reported under IFRS
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Operates effectively in an ever changing and demanding work environment
- Very good communication, networking and influencing skills with sensitivity to working across multi-cultural teams
- Solution driven, pro-active, self-motivated and comfortable taking the initiative
- Interest in and experience of managing large teams
- An enthusiasm and interest to embrace new technologies and the new ways of workings derived from them
- Comfortable challenging existing processes and ways of working to find improvements and minimise risks
- Ready to co-operate with multiple stakeholders. Experience of cross functional projects with global impact is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English skills
