DANS VOTRE RÔLE DE BUSINNES CONTROLLER FP&A, VOUS SOUTENEZ LE MANAGEMENT DANS LE PROCESSUS DE PRISE DE DECISION PAR LA RÉALISATION D’ANALYSE, DE CONTROLES DES BUDGETS, D’EVALUTIONS DE LA PERFORMANCE FNANCIERE ET OPERATIONNELLES. EN OUTRE VOUS VEILLEZ À LA QUALITÉ DES PROCESSUS ET SYSTEMES, ET VOUS TRAVAILLEZ SUR DES PROJETS AFIN DE REALISER LES OPTIMISATIONS QUI Y SONT RATTACHEES.

VOUS RAPPORTEZ AU «Head of Financial Planning & Analyst ».

**VOS RESPONSABILITES ET ACTIVITES CLES**:
1. Budget et planification
- Vous préparez l’élaboration des budgets et des plans à long terme
- Vous préparez le reporting mensuel dans le respect des procédures et des délais
- 2. Analyse des données et reporting
- Vous collectez les informations nécessaires afin d’effectuer des calculs permettant et d’avoir une vue claire sur:

- Le P&L, la performance par type d’activité
- Le calcul des prix de revient, de rentabilité de différentes unités,
- Vous analysez les charges et CAPEX des cost centers et des profit centers
- Vous faites les contrôles budgétaires et analyses des écarts
- Vous faites des propositions d’optimisation et conseillez le management sur base des analyses réalisées
- 3. Gestion de projet
- Vous participez à la sélection des indicateurs et à la récolte des données permettant de mesurer le suivi de l’exécution des initiatives stratégiques
- Vous participez à l’amélioration du système de contrôle de gestion et des données issues du BI
- Vous apportez une assistance à l’ajustement ou à l’élaboration d’outils d’analyse et de procédures afin de garantir la qualité du reporting

Formation, expérience et talents techniques:

- Formation : Master Sciences Economiques ou équivalent
- Expérience : Une première expérience pertinente en audit externe ou en contrôle de gestion
- Connaissance PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), SAP (FI-CO, BPC, BW, Analyse)
- Connaissance en langues : NL -FR
- Compétences et talents comportementales:

**JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN EN KERNACTIVITEITEN**:
1. Budget en planning
- Je bereidt de ontwikkeling van budgetten en langetermijnplannen voor
- Je bereidt de maandelijkse rapportage voor volgens procedures en deadlines
- 2. Data-analyse en rapportage
- Je verzamelt de nodige informatie om berekeningen uit te voeren die het mogelijk maken en om een duidelijk zicht te hebben op:

- P&L, prestaties per type activiteit
- De berekening van kostprijzen, winstgevendheid van verschillende eenheden,...
- Je analyseert de belastingen en CAPEX van cost centers en profit centers
Je doet budgetcontroles en gap analyses
- Je doet optimalisatievoorstellen en adviseert het management op basis van de uitgevoerde analyses
- 3. Projectmanagement
- Je neemt deel aan de selectie van indicatoren en het verzamelen van gegevens om de monitoring van de uitvoering van strategische initiatieven te meten
- Je neemt deel aan de verbetering van het management control systeem en de data uit de BI
- Je assisteert bij het aanpassen of ontwikkelen van analysetools en -procedures om de kwaliteit van de rapportage te waarborgen

- Opleiding: Master in de economische wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig
- Ervaring: Een eerste relevante ervaring in externe audit of management control
