We are looking for an **EU Business Analytics Lead** who is agile and innovative to join us in our** Insight to Impact (I2I) team**, preferable based at our headquarters in **Brussels, Belgium**.

**About the role**

As EU Business Analytics Lead, you’ll be part of the I2I Go to Market (G2M) Europe organization and work in close collaboration with the European StratOps team of Immunology. Stimulate out-of-the-box thinking based on strong business insights and expertise ensuring holistic end-to-end insights generation.

**What you’ll do**
- Have authentic stakeholder discussions leveraging analytics as a means to realised drive data driven decision making, mostly in area of late lifecycle management, performance management, portfolio challenges etc
- Support the performance management and business review meetings with analytics and insights
- Contributing to the development of sales forecasts and analyzing the key drivers of growth for optimal resource allocation.
- Contributing to the implementation of a wide range of initiatives related to optimizing Go-to-Market strategies, including targeting, segmentation and field-force optimization. Implementation of the G2M Digital Business Transformation analytics, that will allow actionable insight generation in line with characteristics of each specific ecosystem.
- Contributing to the development of cross-functional KPI’s and development of leading and lagging performance indicators to track progress on our strategic objectives and priorities.
- Ensure data strategy remains in tune, ensuring optimal market understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of the ecosystems in Rheumatology and Osteoporosis and develop actionable insights that can be undertaken by the team to improve outcomes and experiences for the specific patient sub-populations that may benefit most from UCB’s solutions.

**Who you’ll work with**
- Engage with the Immunology Strat Ops team to ensure strategic imperatives are implemented in the different patient ecosystems.
- Work in close collaboration with the central supporting team in area of analytics, advanced analytics, reporting and data management and all of the I2I family

**Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following **education**, **experience** and **skil**ls**
- A minimum of a MSc (or equivalent) in biotechnology, economics, financials or medical related university degree
- Several years experience in consultancy, pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector of which 5+ years in analytics
- Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical data landscape (e.g. commercial, medical, patient databases )
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Business Acumen; good at analyzing businesses and competitors, making connections and seeing opportunities with ability to influence decision making
- Fast learner; curious and comfortable with ambiguity or contradictory data.
