**As an IT Lead Clinical Operations Analytics you will define and manage projects to evolve, transform and digitalize the way of working for teams in the Clinical Development space. A key component of the role is the understanding of the activities and ways of working of the final users of your solutions, ensuring the tools that you will deliver will add value to UCB.**

**You will** **contribute** **by**:

- Collaborating to the initiative of IT and to the Digital Transformation: We are transforming the way of working of the Development Solution space using technology. You will actively contribute to these activities defining projects and managing them.
- Deciding the vision for the partnership with the Strategic Feasibility teams and RWE teams shaping the technology landscape of UCB in the area
- Defining new projects and manage them (timeline estimation, resources, budget allocation,)
- Being able to design impactful presentations to showcase the value of the projects for UCB and patients.
- Ensuring the integration of partner technologies within the UCB tech landscape
- Supporting the technology assessment during scouting or new tech vendor selection.
- Ensuring technology complies as a safe, secure and compliant environment and associated regulations.
**I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**:

- A relevant degree (masters/ PhD in relevant topics is preferred) and affinity with IT / Clinical domain
- Meaningful relevant and demonstrable experience in managing projects in an IT environment and development capabilities.
- Meaningful relevant and demonstrable knowledge of Advanced Analytics and machine learning.
- Being able to adapt to everchanging scenarios and to continuously learn
- Being autonomous: communicate with the stakeholders, discover unmet needs, design new projects.
- Being able to create impactful communications for both face-to-face meeting and virtual ones.
- Fluent in English
