Wil je deel uitmaken van de opleiding van de volgende generatie talenten uit Neerpede en bijdragen aan hun ontwikkeling op en naast het veld? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze volgende transfer**Als Head of Operations van RSCA Academy maak je deel uit van de Academy Management Group en ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:

- de dagelijkse werkzaamheden rondom RSCA Academy (U9-U23)
- de integratie van operationele taken in RSCA Academy
- de implementatie van IT-tools om de dagelijkse operatie te optimaliseren
- logistieke oplossingen binnen RSCA Academy, inclusief vervoer van spelers
- de aankoop van voetbaluitrusting voor RSCA Academy
- de reisplanning van verschillende teams binnen RSCA Academy
- de veldplanning binnen RSCA Academy (welke teams trainen wanneer op welke pitch)
- allerlei praktische zaken voor de teams zoals het wassen van clubkledij, team sheets, etc.
- de geschiktheid van spelers in RSCA Academy (verkrijgen en vrijgeven van spelerscertificaat etc.)
- accommodatie en huisvesting voor academiespelers en -staff, inclusief follow-ups met ouders en coaches samen met de Head of Football
- de integratie van nieuwe spelers in de RSCA Academy, samen met de Head of Talent & Innovation en Head of Education & Wellbeing.

**Om dit te realiseren rapporteer je aan de Academy Director en werk je nauw samen met het operations team, waarbij zij op jou rekenen voor**:

- het uittekenen van de te volgen strategie
- hun eigen ontwikkelingsplan en opvolging
- wekelijkse teammeetings en overlegmomenten

- het ontwikkelen van operationele strategieën om efficiëntie en effectiviteit te maximaliseren.

- in staat zijn om snel en effectief problemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
- het vermogen om langdurige operationele uitdagingen aan te pakken en duurzame oplossingen te implementeren.
- Organisatorisch sterk: planning en resource management om operationele doelstellingen te bereiken
- Kennis van Frans, Nederlands én Engels
