**Wat verwacht Crelan van jouw?**:Jouw functie
Als Head of Credit Analysis & Acceptance Retail South leid je een team van ervaren analisten die instaan voor de behandeling van nieuwe aanvragen woonkredieten en consumentenkredieten binnen de regio Zuid (hoofdzakelijk Franstalig).
Je waakt erover dat de kredietbeslissingen die binnen het team genomen worden in lijn zijn met de risk appetite van de bank. Je stimuleert je medewerkers om samen met de bankagenten naar oplossingen te zoeken, waarbij zowel de risico-elementen als de commerciële aspecten van de kredietaanvraag in de weegschaal worden gelegd.
Je beschikt zelf over een goede bagage binnen het kredietdomein en schrikt er niet voor terug om een standpunt in te nemen in complexe kredietdossiers.
Je streeft naar een korte behandelingstermijn voor de kredietaanvragen binnen jouw team en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je kijkt verder dan de eigen teamgrenzen en stimuleert een flexibele inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers om in drukke periodes ook andere teams te ondersteunen.
Je durft de status quo in vraag te stellen en neemt initiatieven die bijdragen aan de efficiëntie van onze werkprocessen en aan de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
Als people manager waak je over het welzijn van je medewerkers en stimuleer je een goede team spirit, waarbij er samengewerkt wordt in een sfeer van vertrouwen en elke medewerker op zijn of haar sterktes wordt ingezet. Je communiceert op een open manier met je team en betrekt je medewerkers bij het nemen van beslissingen. Je stimuleert autonomie bij je medewerkers en faciliteert hun verdere ontwikkeling.
Je vertegenwoordigt jouw team op vergaderingen met bankagenten, met andere interne teams (Risk, Segment Journey, Distributie, ) en externe stakeholders.
**Jouw troeven
- Je hebt een masterniveau of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen het kredietdomein, bij voorkeur met de analyse van woon
- en consumentenkredieten.
- Je beheerst het Frans perfect en hebt ook een goede basiskennis van het Nederlands.
- Een eerste leidinggevende ervaring is een grote plus.
