**Role Purpose**

The role holder works at a senior management level to define and deliver major technical projects, strategies and architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers’ business and commercial issues and contributing key insights. They provide technical advice and assistance to the sales force, sales agents, reseller/distributor staff and existing or prospective customers, either in support of customer development or sales activity or in fulfilment of sales obligations.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Authority. Defines major technical projects for customers or Fujitsu Services, influencing their view of acceptable investment level. Determines strategies, architectures and proposals.

Shapes technical proposals to be acceptable to the customer and may make solution/service trade-offs.
- Cost and risk. May manage a large design team, defining the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, and identifying strategic level risks and remedies.
- Influence. Determines the approach to whole classes of business, leading and influencing others in the development of new offerings.
- Business development. Works with customers to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of their business.
- Requirements and design. Manages a team to agree customer requirements and produce the design, setting high level criteria for the design of major solutions and exercising design control over the implementation.
- Thought leadership. Communicates the impact of emerging technologies on customer and Fujitsu’s business to senior level customers and Fujitsu’s businesses.
- Knowledge re-use. Shares knowledge with colleagues and makes useful additions to the Fujitsu’s knowledge base.

**Head of ME**

We are seeking a Head of Micro Enterprises for Fujitsu Belgium. The purpose of this role is to act as the leader for the Belgium Micro Enterprises Delivery organization. You will lead the strategy of the Micro Enterprises for Belgium to perform in line with Belgium, Europe Region and Global ambitions. As a member of the Micro Enterprises Leadership team, you will play a key role in taking the Micro Enterprises forward and reaching the set goals. You’re main focus will be to lead the sales and strategy on the portfolio of services of the Micro Enterprises.

The Head of ME will report to the Managing Director of Fujitsu Belgium

You have extstentive managerial experience and know how to perform in an international environment. As a person you are a team player with great communication skills.

You will also actively contribute to the focused growth on our portfolio of service within the Micro Enterprises.

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field, and extensive experience in IT Consulting and Projects on platform business. You have P&L and extensive experience in reporting within IT Consulting and Projects.
