Dan ben jij misschien wel onze volgende transfer**Als Head of Education & Wellbeing van RSCA Academy maak je deel uit van de Academy Management Group en ben je verantwoordelijk**:

- voor de gehele werking en strategie binnen onderwijs en welzijn voor RSCA Academy (U9-U23)
- om ervoor te zorgen dat alle RSCA-spelers prioriteit geven aan hun scholing, persoonlijke ontwikkeling én welzijn met de ondersteuning van een aangepast onderwijs
- en ontwikkelingsplan voor elke student-atleet.
- voor de relaties met onderwijsaanbieders voor de academiespelers, zodat voor elke speler de beste opties worden gecreëerd, inclusief onderwijs op maat indien nodig
- voor het ontwikkelen van bijkomende opleiding voor spelers die hulp nodig hebben (i.f.v. het nationale team of individuele behoeften)
- voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een ouderprogramma om ouders en voogden te ondersteunen in hun eigen reis met hun kinderen als studentatleten.
- voor het opstellen van procedures voor onze Academy om de mentale gezondheid van de spelers te beschermen
- voor de voorbereiding van onderwijssessies en onderwijsmateriaal van onze RSCA University
- voor de implementatie van IT-tools om de centrale opslag van gegevens binnen onderwijs en welzijn te optimaliseren

**Om dit te realiseren rapporteer je aan de Academy Director en werk je nauw samen met het Education & Wellbeing team, waarbij zij op jou rekenen voor**:

- het uittekenen van de te volgen strategie
- hun eigen ontwikkelingsplan en opvolging
- wekelijkse teammeetings en overlegmomenten

**Daarnaast zal je ook samen met de Head of Football, Head of Talent & Innovation en Head of Human Performance van RSCA Academy instaan voor**:

- de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het concept 'RSCA University'
- de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het Purple Talent Program (school project 2.0), waarmee we het dagelijks leven van onze Academy-spelers willen optimaliseren
- de integratie van nieuwe spelers in de RSCA Academy
