**Senior Strategic Project Manager**

Vous êtes à même de gérer des projets de transformation et de construction d’envergure pour soutenir le développement durable de LEONIDAS CONFISERIE SA.

**VOS TACHES**:

- Assurer la gestion complète de projets d’envergure (de A à Z) liés à la transformation, l’optimalisation et le développement de la production et de ses infrastructures en considérant tous les paramètres stratégiques, opérationnels, technologiques et humains.
- Etre force de proposition quant au développement et à la modernisation d’un site de production en tenant compte des évolutions du business et des évolutions des normes de qualité et environnementales
- Etre un leader énergique et de terrain, sachant recourir à l’expérience des équipes en place, les coacher et les accompagner dans la mise en place de nouvelles méthodes de travail
- Soutenir le Directeur des Opérations dans sa gestion opérationnelle du site et des équipes de production et assurer l’amélioration continue de la production

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur à orientation technique (ingénieur industriel, électromécanique, etc.)
- Vous pouvez vous prévaloir d’une dizaine d’années d’expérience en production et/ou gestion de projets de transformation de sites industriels dans l’agro-alimentaire ou secteur proche.
- Vous fédérez vos équipes et vous les motivez à participer à l’évolution et aux changements nécessaires de l’entreprise.
