Over de functie:
Als Continuous Improvement Facilitator Plant implementeer en borg je bestaande CI-methodes binnen onze plant. Je vertaalt de (inter)nationale CI-strategie naar concrete acties en helpt medewerkers om verbetertechnieken toe te passen in hun dagelijkse werk. Door coaching en training stimuleer je een cultuur van continue verbetering en zorg je ervoor dat initiatieven structureel worden verankerd in de organisatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je voert de bestaande CI-processen van Plukon uit en implementeert een op maat gemaakte CI-strategie die is afgestemd op (inter)nationale en groepsdoelstellingen.
- Je identificeert en analyseert verbeterpunten op basis van data en operationele inzichten, en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties binnen de afdelingen.
- Je stimuleert en begeleidt teams bij het toepassen van methodologieën zoals Lean en Kaizen, waarbij je hen ondersteunt in het praktisch uitvoeren van continue verbeteringsinitiatieven.
- Je begeleidt en traint (inhoudelijk én gedragsmatig) medewerkers in de verschillende afdelingen in continue verbeteringsmethodes, denken en handelen. Dankzij jouw inbreng vergroten zij hun kennis en versterk je betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap op het gebied van continue verbetering binnen de site.
- Je zorgt voor een actieve opvolging en borging van de verbeteracties binnen de plant, zodat veranderingen duurzaam worden doorgevoerd.
- Je ontwikkelt en beheert systemen voor prestatiemonitoring, analyse en rapportering, waarbij je de juiste KPI's hanteert om vooruitgang inzichtelijk te maken.
- Je creëert een efficiënte en kosteneffectieve operationele omgeving door het optimaliseren van bestaande werkprocessen en het bewaken van standaarden.
- Je zorgt voor transparante communicatie met leidinggevenden en stakeholders, zodat iedereen op de hoogte is van de voortgang en impact van CI-acties.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bv. Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in een productie- of operationele omgeving en affiniteit met continue verbetering.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Lean, Kaizen of andere CI-methodologieën en weet deze praktisch toe te passen.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet medewerkers te enthousiasmeren en te begeleiden.
- Je hebt ervaring met het trainen en coachen van teams in verbeterprocessen.
- Je werkt analytisch, bent probleemoplossend en weet data om te zetten in concrete verbeteracties.
- Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
