**The QTEM Masters Network**

QTEM, Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management, is a global network (non-profit organization) of business and economics schools, corporate and social partners, focusing on analytical and multicultural skills for future decision makers aiming at a more sustainable future. QTEM manages a networked Master's program open to outstanding students from 23 leading Universities, who enjoy a privileged relationship with 14 Corporate Partners and 2 Social Partners.

The central office is hosted at the Solvay Brussels School, ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles).

**The job**

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for the development and retention of corporate and social partnerships of the QTEM network. S/he is in charge of fostering high-quality interactions between Corporate & Social Partners and QTEM students, and in particular generating attractive internship and job opportunities for QTEM students.

S/he does so in close cooperation with the Corporate Partners Coordinators at the 23 Academic Partners. S/he exerts a soft pressure (finding the right departments or contact persons) at the Corporate/Social Partners in order to stimulate them to submit attractive internship and job opportunities, as well as organizing activities that will benefit both students and companies.

**Main responsibilities**

1. Retain and strengthen existing corporate/social partnerships
- Account management: manage relations via conference calls or face-to-face meetings between QTEM and its network of Corporate Partners, Social Partners (non-profit organizations) and Academic Partners (career or corporate relations offices). Provide regular reports on KPIs.
- Value proposition: design and deliver a unique value to each Corporate & Social Partner using the assets and strengths of the QTEM network. Provide relevant/customized offers to cater for particular needs of each Corporate/Social partner.
- Network management: support the Corporate Advisory Council, and foster an active contribution from the Corporate/Social Partners to the QTEM network.
- ü QTEM Data Challenge: convince Corporate/Social Partners to offer interesting data sets for analysis by QTEM students for the annual QTEM Data Challenge.

2. Find new Corporate & Social Partners
- Sales management: shape and define an interesting scope of services that will attract top companies to join the network (e.g., recruitment, custom events, job fairs, branding). Identify corporate targets, develop a selling pitch and a selling strategy to convince these companies to join the network, jointly with the most adequate Academic Partner(s).
- Network management: collaborate with corporate/career/Dean’s offices of Academic Partners to attract new Corporate & Social Partners.

3. Generate job, internship and corporate interaction opportunities for QTEM students
- Internships: generate international internship opportunities matching QTEM students’ and corporate expectations.
- Jobs: generate international job opportunities matching QTEM students’ expectations.
- Event management: organize global and local activities providing QTEM students with a corporate experience and helping companies recruit from the network. Contribute, along with the team, to the organization of the Annual Event (the next one being in Rabat in October 2024).

**Working hours and benefits**
- 38 working hours weekly with flexibility in the schedule and the option of partial remote work.
- Based in Brussels, in a highly international environment, with possibility of traveling abroad at least twice a year.

**Education & experience requirements**
- Master's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Acquainted with Corporate Partners management / account management / talent acquisition.
- Familiar with the job market targeted by data-oriented business/economics Master’s students.
- Fluent in English (the knowledge of another language is an asset, but not required).
- Experience with academia is a plus but not requir
