**Claims Advisor Auto Senior (m/v)****:
(voor multinationale bedrijven).
**Wat kan je verwachten?**
Als Claims Advisor Auto, beheer je dossiers als tussenpersoon tussen klant en verzekeraar. Je komt terecht in een team van 12 ervaren collega’s.
Je analyseert de schadeaangifte en verifieert de toepasselijke polisvoorwaarden. Je identificeert eventuele problemen en zoekt naar oplossingen. Je bespreekt de stand van openstaande schadedossiers met de klant. Je bouwt vertrouwensrelaties op met verzekeraars, experten en advocaten.

- Je komt te werken op de afdeling Claims Advisory Motor, waar een ongedwongen, collegiale en open sfeer heerst. Samen met de collega's, vorm je het team dat ten dienste staat van de klant;

- Heel gediversifieerde portfolio van klanten
- Work from anywhere policy : je kan ofwel thuiswerken of op kantoor (Antwerpen, Brussel, of Gent)
**In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:
- Je beheert het schadedossier van begin tot einde
- Je volgt expertises en herstellingen op
- Je negotieert met verzekeraars en experten
- Je adviseert de klant
**Je beschikt over**:
- Je hebt een Bachelor, idealiter in Verzekeringen of een gelijkwaardige ervaring in schadebeheer
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een schadebeheerder functie
- Je bent drietalig (NL-FR-EN)
- Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht

- Diriger la gestion du dossier sinistre
- Suivre les expertises et les réparations
- Evaluer la position des assureurs
- Négocier avec les assureurs et les experts
- Conseiller le client
**Prérequis**:
- Bachelier, idéalement en Assurances ou expérience équivalente en gestion de sinistres
- Une première expérience en gestion de sinistres
- Bilingue français - néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Orientation-client et -solutions
