**Functieomschrijving**:
Je komt terecht in een performant team en rapporteert aan de Finance Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van projectrendementen en de operationele performantie van de onderneming. Je analyseert de financiële gegevens en formuleert gerichte aanbevelingen om de werking van het bedrijf te verbeteren.
- Een greep uit je taken:_
- Analyseren van de kwartaalresultaten per afdeling en per team alsook de voorbereiding van de kwartaalrapportering en vergelijking met de vooropgestelde budgettering;
- Jouw focus ligt op het werkkapitaal. Je analyseert de financiële situatie van het bedrijf en houdt de cashflow nauwlettend in de gaten. Op basis hiervan stel je gerichte actieplannen op om de financiële situatie van het bedrijf te optimaliseren;
- Op termijn zal je ook instaan voor het optimaliseren van de kosten. Hierbij analyseer je de financiële processen en stel je gerichte actieplannen op om de kosten te verlagen zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit.
- Je coördineert de facturatie ebent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en voorbereiden van facturatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle facturen correct en tijdig worden opgemaakt en verstuurd
- Bij het opmaken van facturen vraag jij de goedkeuring aan opdrachtgevers. Hierbij communiceer je op een professionele manier en weet je hoe je klanten tevreden kunt houden.
- Het opvolgen van de betaling van facturen behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket. Je zorgt ervoor dat openstaande facturen tijdig worden betaald en onderhoudt hierbij contact met klanten.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Master in een economische richting;
- Je hebt een 1ste werkervaring achter de rug maar schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom;
- Je werkt vlot met Excel. Kennis Power BI is een mooie extra;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis Frans is een pluspunt;
- Je bent analytisch sterk en stressbestendig;
- Je hebt oog voor detail;
- Je bent een team-player en springt in voor collega's wanneer nodig.
