**Je functie**:
Als Financial Controller verbonden aan de financiële afdeling van Solidaris - Nationaal Verbond speel je een essentiële rol in de financiële en administratieve organisatie. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Naleving van procedures: Je zorgt voor een strikte naleving van procedures op financieel, administratief en intern risicobeheersingsgebied. Jouw expertise zorgt voor compliance en procesefficiëntie.
- Kritisch denken met betrekking tot financiële en boekhoudkundige operaties: Je geeft advies om de uitgevoerde taken continu te verbeteren. Uw doel is om de efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid van financiële transacties te optimaliseren.
- Procesoptimalisatie: Met jouw technische kennis draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van bestaande processen, procedures en kwaliteitscriteria. Jouw expertise helpt de efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van financiële operaties te verbeteren.
- Interne controle: Samen met de verschillende stakeholders stel je controlepunten vast in het financiële proces. Deze controles zorgen voor de betrouwbaarheid van financiële gegevens en de vroegtijdige opsporing van mogelijke afwijkingen.
- Continu verbeteren: Je werkt actief mee aan de continue verbetering van de financiële planning, interne en externe rapportering. Jouw kritische analyse draagt bij aan de algehele efficiëntie van de financiële afdeling.
- Risicobeheer: Je implementeert actieplannen om de risico's te beheersen die door interne audit en risicobeheer worden geïdentificeerd. Jouw rol is cruciaal om financiële en operationele risico's te mínimaliseren.
- Budgetten, prognoses en afsluitingen: Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van budgetten, financiële prognoses en boekhoudkundige afsluitingen. Jouw expertise zorgt voor de juistheid en consistentie van financiële gegevens.
- Geavanceerde financiële analyse: Zelfstandig voer je diepgaande financiële analyses uit op budget, prognoses en afsluitingen. Ook controleer je of de procedures zijn gevolgd.
- Projectmanager: Je bent de projectmanager voor veranderinitiatieven en andere projecten binnen de financiële afdeling. Je vermogen om projecten te coördineren en te leiden is essentieel voor het bereiken van gestelde doelen.

Kortom, uw rol als Financial Controller is essentieel om de financiële stabiliteit van het bedrijf te waarborgen en tegelijkertijd efficiëntie en innovatie in financiële processen te bevorderen.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in managementwetenschappen, financiën en/of economie met een goede praktische kennis van boekhouding.
- Ervaring in interne of externe auditing is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis van alle interne controles, met name op het gebied van risicobeheer, betrouwbare rapportering, naleving van procedures en de effectieve en efficiënte werking van financiële diensten.
- Een analytische visie en een teamgeest behoren tot uw grootste troeven.
- Je kunt de problemen duidelijk omschrijven en in een bredere context plaatsen.
- Je weet enthousiasme over te brengen en mensen te motiveren voor verandering.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
