Janssen Belux is looking for a dedicated **Product Specialist **with commercial experience in Oncology/Urology, to reinforce our commercial team in region of East & West-Flanders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your main task consists of connecting with our partners and providing them information & support on our products and expertise in field of Oncology/ Urology. You do this by connecting with health care partners (oncologists, urologists, nurses, and all other relevant partners).
Do you have a genuine focus on the needs of our customer and market? With your solid analytical & organizational skills, you bring your innovative and creative solutions alive. You like to collaborate in a team, and are driven to make a difference for our patients and physicians.
Your planning skills help you to prepare your visits well and to market your products effectively, in line with our marketing and sales plan. You are also able to quickly master the scientific material you have learned, and to translate it according to the needs of your individual customers. This is part of the overall customer-centric service you are seeking, in which the patient and physician are always at the centre. You are thoroughly familiar with your products and your customers, and, in this way, earn respect from customers and co-workers alike.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- You have an education at Master's level in a medical/paramedical field. A different Master is possible if you have adequate knowledge and experience in scientific domains.
**Experience and Skills**:
Required:
- Proficient knowledge of Flemish and English
- Genuine focus on customer and patient, driven by improving patient outcomes
- Proven analytical & organizational skills
- Agile and collaborative team player
- Eager to learn, able to communicate with a broad range of different partners, and are particularly result-driven
- You know and follow the healthcare compliance rules.
**Preferred**:
- Experience & knowledge in Uro-Onco is preferred
- Knowledge of French language (bilingual FR/NL is an advantage)
