In het kader van onze sterke groei, zijn we op zoek naar een **Product Specialist **voor onze **Polestar Space** te **Antwerpen**.

**Functie**:
Als **Product Specialist Polestar** zal je samenwerken met het Space-team om op consequente basis een meeslepende, eductaieve & spannende ervaring te creëren voor al onze huidige & toekomstige klanten. Het Space-team zijn de **Brand Ambassadors** naar de buitenwereld & het **gezicht van Polestar **voor al onze klanten. Zij dragen onze missie naar buiten toe door gedenkwaardige ervaringen te creëren voor al onze Space-bezoekers.

Als Product Specialist Polestar inspireer je onze bezoekers & zorg je voor ondersteuning betreffende het merk Polestar vanaf het eerste moment dat ze onze Space binnenwandelen. Polestar is erin geslaagd om één van de meest innovatieve voertuigen op de markt te brengen & onze nieuwe Product Specialist zal minstens een even **innovatieve **en **onvergetelijke klantenervaring** leveren.

Tevens zal je ook instaan voor:

- **Een op maat gemaakte ervaring **voor onze klanten op basis van hun specifieke interesses
- **Inspireren **van onze gasten door een antwoord te voorzien op al hun vragen
- **Nieuwsgierigheid omzetten in oprechte interesse **door mensen kennis te laten maken met Polestar & alles waar Polestar voor staat.
- Een zakelijke, **langetermijnrelatie opbouwen & onderhouden** met je klanten
- Plannen van testritten & je **klanten ondersteunen **door hen door het aankoopproces te leiden
- Optreden als een **rolmodel **voor Polestar

**Profiel**:
De **Product Specialist Polestar** is vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig, creatief & enthousiast is. Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden & empathisch vermogen waardoor je de behoeften van de mensen rondom je heen goed kan begrijpen. Daarnaast zit je boordevol (elektrische) energie, zelfgemotiveerd & gedreven. Je weet wanneer je je moet laten leiden en hoe je in team moet samenwerken om samen geweldige zaken te bereiken.

Daarnaast kan onze toekomstige Product Specialist Polestar zich terugvinden in onderstaande omschrijving:

- Je beschikt over een grote **leergierigheid **& een **passie **voor het merk **Polestar **(toewijding aan design & inzet voor duurzaamheid)
- Minimaal **6 maanden werkervaring** binnen een **vooruitstrevende, klantgerichte retailomgeving**:

- Ervaring binnen een retailomgeving met sterke merkervaring, spreken in het openbaar, lesgeven, klantenservice... zullen positief onthaald worden.
- Vloeiend in het **Nederlands én Engels**, Frans is een plus
- Daarnaast dien je ook in het bezit te zijn van een **geldig rijbewijs B**:

- Deze functie vereist zowel de **mogelijkheid tot avond
- en weekendwerk**
