Onze klant BSH (Bosch/Siemens/Hausgeräte) is op zoek naar een enthousiaste **_Brand Ambassador_** om voltijds in hun **_Kitchen Experience Center_** te werken.
**Het Bedrijf**:
“Best in class” zijn in de huishoudelektromarkt was de doelstelling in 1967 van Robert Bosch GmbH en Siemens AG, toen ze besloten hun krachten te bundelen. Vanaf deze datum benaderen ze de markt onder de naam BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. Sinds begin 2015 behoort BSH exclusief tot de Bosch Group. Met hun hoofdmerken Bosch en Siemens zijn ze Europese marktleider. In ons land, werken ongeveer 290 medewerkers aan de ontwikkeling van de merken Bosch, Siemens, Neff en Gaggenau.
BSH wil dat haar personeel de Belgische maatschappij in al haar diversiteit weerspiegelt.

**Brand Ambassador - Kitchen Experience Center**:

**Dan ben jij de Brand Ambassador voor ons Kitchen Experience Center **
In het prachtige Gare Maritime complex van Tour &Taxis te Brussel bouwt BSH een gloednieuw Kitchen Experience Center voor de merken Siemens, Bosch accentline en Gaggenau. Een unieke plaats - een echte Experience Center De consument kan er niet alleen hun toestellen zien en er informatie krijgen, maar kan zelf ovens en kookplaten uittesten.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als **Brand Ambassador**:
- Ontvang je consumenten en neem je de nodige tijd om naar hun wensen te luisteren.
- Samen met hen ga je op zoek naar de beste oplossingen voor hen, je legt de toestellen uit, je geeft advies.
- Je begeleidt hen bij het uittesten van kooktoestellen.
- Je blijft hun contactpersoon waar ze steeds bij terecht kunnen, ook eenmaal hun toestellen geplaatst zijn.
- Naast individuele adviesgesprekken organiseer je ook kookdemonstraties; je bent de rechterhand, de culinaire assistent, van onze chef koks.
Als **Culinaire assistent**:
- Maak je samen met de koks de planning op voor de live en online kookdemonstraties.
- Je zorgt voor de uitnodigingen en de opvolging van de inschrijvingen. Je beheert de voorraad voor de demonstraties.
- Je bent de enthousiaste gastheer of gastvrouw tijdens de culinaire live demonstraties: een mooi gedresseerde tafel, een hartelijk ontvangst, je zorgt voor een unieke beleving
- De kookdemonstratie is een “quatre-mains spel” tussen jij en de chef : jij geeft product informatie, de chef past het toe in de praktijk.
- Ook tijdens online kookdemonstraties sta je samen met de chef in de kijker, je geeft uitleg en antwoordt op de vragen van de kijkers. Maar ook achter de schermen kan je meewerken aan een perfecte online sessie : hoe brengen we alles het beste in beeld? Welke toestellen of functies zetten we in de kijker?
- Je kokkerelt graag Dan kan jij toch ook kleine kookdemo’s organiseren ? Mensen laten proeven is zoveel overtuigender dan woorden
**Jouw Profiel**:
- Je bent goed in koken en kooktechnieken.
- Je bent leergiering : wij voorzien natuurlijk een opleiding zodat geen enkele knop, toets of functie van onze toestellen nog voor jouw geheimen heeft. Je volgt graag de trends op gebied van huis, interieur, keuken en koken.
- Je bent een gastheer
- / vrouw : je houdt van sociaal contact, je bent assertief maar blijft steeds geduldig en hoffelijk. Mensen helpen en adviseren zit in je DNA en je straalt met je glimlach.
- Netheid en orde is voor jou een must om goed te functioneren.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een extra troef.
- Je houdt van afwisselende taken.
- Werken op zaterdag of een afwisselende werkplanning stoort je niet.
- Je kan vlot overweg met PC en Office-programma’s, nieuwe programma’s leren schrikt je niet af.
