Our People Services Product and Technology Learning Solutions Operations Quality Assurance team is looking for an individual with programming, and knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), to help automate the quality analysis of our learning offerings. The ultimate goal is to ensure an exceptional learning experience for our customers, partners, and employees.

**Your skills and experience**

**Do you have**:

- A natural curiosity about learning and knowledge of what defines an exceptional learning experience
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Experience with one or more general programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, or other and natural language processing (NLP))

**It would be nice (but not necessary) if you also had**:

- Knowledge of creative and critical thinking techniques in the effective design, development and implementation of quality assurance and testing programs
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity of adult and modern learning principles
- Strong English language skills (editing, proofreading)
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data for easy consumption and understanding
