The vision of the Distribution development team (QA) is to build quality and business value in every solution for the ELC. The analyst distribution development (QA) contributes to this by structurally supervising, improving and validating the overall product quality of the business solution in an agile team. The emphasis is on quality-oriented mindset, testing activities, environments, mentor and automation.

The analyst distribution development (QA) provides functional and technological insights into the end-to-end product flow.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

As a proven member of an agile team, you'll structurally improve and validate the overall product quality with a focus on mindset, test activities, environments, mentor and automation. You'll provide functional and technical insights into the E2E product flow which results in higher quality.

As a QA Analyst you'll be involved in the entire QA process, from design to development, testing and release into production to guarantee the right quality.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will work with various partners within our ELC campus, the European and global headquarters and external partners. The Analysts distribution development works closely with other Analyst roles, from specialists to directors in different departments (eg Distribution, Transportation Network Operations, Marketplace Operations).

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Basic knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- An affinity with Technology systems and architecture
- Motivation and experience to continuously improve processes
- Experience in supply chain with a focus on logistics, which gives you a good knowledge of the end-to-end logistics processes is a plus
- A passion for analyzing data and using analytical skills to set up, direct and implement process improvements
- Powerful storytelling skills in Dutch and English to bring story and context to different layers throughout the ELC: able to translate simple and complex matters into understandable and valuable business insights.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge about the use of test tools is a plus.
