As a Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing and leading software testing and cybersecurity projects and engineers (approximately 30 engineers) from start to finish. You work closely with clients, project managers, testers, and security analysts to achieve project objectives within budget and time constraints. You are in charge of the planning, execution, and control of projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading both a team of software testing and cybersecurity engineers as well as projects.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Developing and executing project plans.
- Managing project budgets and timelines.
- Communicating with clients, project managers, testers, and security engineers.
- Reporting on project progress.
- Ensuring compliance with QA requirements for the client.
**Qualifications**
- Desire and passion for working with people and serving in your role towards your employees.
- Diploma and/or education in a relevant discipline, such as informatics, technical informatics, or software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager or team leader in an IT environment. If you have less experience, convince us.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of software testing and cybersecurity principles and practices is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
