**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied nauw op. Zijn er **evoluties in de wetgeving rond verwerking van persoonsgegevens en de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer**, dan ben jij als eerste op de hoogte.
- Je adviseert over de** implementatie **van wetgeving binnen KBC en waakt mee over de **naleving** ervan, over al onze activiteiten heen.
- Ook bij de uitvoering van Data Protection Impact Assessments en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten of activiteiten geef jij **advies**.
- Om iedereen mee te krijgen in het verhaal, werk je mee aan opleidingsprogramma’s en help je commerciële managers om hun medewerkers te **sensibiliseren**.
- Je werkt **interne beleidslijnen** uit en herziet ze wanneer dat nodig is.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Dankzij **minstens 3 jaar ervaring met data
- & privacybescherming **in de praktijk, heb je een goede kennis van de regelgeving errond.
- Je hebt een **masterdiploma**, bij voorkeurin rechten.
- Net zoals je collega’s, ben je gedreven, kritisch en oplossingsgericht. Analyseren en synthetiseren zijn twee sterktes die je graag inzet om tot goede adviezen te komen.
- Je communiceert uitstekend in het **Engels en Nederlands**. In beide talen lukt het je vlot om anderen te **overtuigen** op een diplomatische, respectvolle manier en hen te **verbinden** in een gemeenschappelijk doel.
- Geen probleem voor jou om zelfstandig te werken. Tegelijk hou je ervan om samen te werken met anderen en als** team** doelen te realiseren.
