Als Fleet & Facilities Officer is je takenpakket redelijk breed.
Dit takenpakket zal bestaan uit 2 grote onderdelen:
- Ondersteuning bij de fleet
- Ondersteuning van ons facilities-team

Laten we verder in detail treden.
Onze **fleet **wordt momenteel beheerd door een team van 3 mensen bij Easi. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor opdrachten, evolutie van het wagenaanbod, KPI's en de toekomststrategie van Easi. Met onze groei en reeds 500 wagens, willen we de operationele organisatie in Vlaanderen versterken. We zijn daarom op zoek naar een persoon die de operationele behoeften van onze fleet in Vlaanderen zal behandelen, vanuit Leuven, waar ons hoofdkantoor in Vlaanderen is gevestigd.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:
- Organisatie van leveringen & uitchecken van wagens
- Toewijzen van wagens, offertes voor herstellingen, beheer poolwagens
- Aanmaken/annuleren van tankkaarten
- Invullen van verzekeringsattesten voor de collega's
- Boetes beheren
- Wagenadministratie, praktische opvolging van bandenwissels
- Ongevallen & pech (van melding tot herstelling + verzekeringsfiche)
- Begeleiden van medewerkers in hun dagelijkse behoeften/vragen over wagens
- Goedkeuring facturen
- Opvolging met partners (carglass, autodealers, bandenbedrijf, tankkaartmaatschappij, herstellers, verzekeringsmaatschappij,...)
Ons **Facilies Operations Team **is servicegericht en richt zich op de eerste, altijd goede, indruk: Zij zorgen voor verschillende praktische ondersteuning aan de collega's en technische problemen aan gebouwen.
- Leveranciersbestellingen, cateringadministratie, gsm abonnementen, kleine voorraden kantoormateriaal, parkeerkaarten,...
- Verlenen van service aan de collega's & leveringen op kantoor
- Ondersteuning van klanten & evenementen, 4-5 keer per maand, in onze kantoren in Vlaanderen
- Interne schriftelijke communicatie met betrekking tot het Facilities team
- Verschillende administratieve taken
- De back-up zijn van de receptie tijdens zijn/haar afwezigheid tijdens de middagpauze om potentiële bezoekers te verwelkomen
Nieuwe ideeën en verbeteringen zijn meer dan welkom. Creativiteit, innovatie en zin voor organisatie en ondersteuning van je collega's worden ook gewaardeerd in deze functie en in ons bedrijf in het algemeen. Je zult je echt verantwoordelijk moeten voelen voor alles wat met de fleet, de administratie en de services in ons kantoor in Leuven te maken heeft.
Om je te helpen jouw missie te volbrengen, ondersteunen we je met regelmatige follow-ups met je manager en met steun van je collega's en je coach.
Tijdens je opleidingsperiode zal je 2 dagen per maand verwacht worden op ons hoofdkantoor in Nijvel. Nadien zal dit evolueren naar 1 dag per maand.
