For one of our clients, specialized in debt recovery, we are looking for a new Recovery Officer.
**Description**
Your main duties are:
- The proactive management and follow-up of a portfolio of accounts receivable.
- You will have various contacts:
Internal: with colleagues from other departments (including administration and accounting), foreign partners and external collaborators (mandataries, etc...).
External: with our clients and debtors, as well as with parties who intervene on behalf of the debtors such as CPASs, lawyers, receivers, debt mediators, employers, etc....
- You ensure accurate administrative follow-up of the files.
- You are backup to your Recovery Officers colleagues.
- You actively participate in team meetings and working groups, projects, etc.
**Profile**
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience within a similar function (debt collection management) is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You can work fluently with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You are versatile, discrete and with integrity.
- You are an excellent negotiator.
- You are customer, result and goal oriented.
- You have a fluent, communicative, dynamic and flexible personality.
- You are stress resistant and can work independently.
- You are flexible, organized, proactive and you have a good dose of team spirit.
