To strengthen our **Development and Clinical Supply Team**, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Master Data Operations Lead** based in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium

You like to work in an environment where:

- You will lead the Master Data Operations team, leading and coordinating the work of the operational steward(s) ensuring an efficient management of code creation, updates and decommissioning in scope of clinical trials throughout the supply chain systems in full compliance with quality requirements.
- You will act as the Business Process Expert of the collaborative workflows which drives the Master Data creation, modification and decommissioning processes of UCB Global Development and Clinical Trial Products, as well as of products which are packaged at CMO(s), on time and in compliance with the guidelines.
- You will be owner of the performance metrics for the activities of the operations team
- You will drive the operations team to execute the data creation, maintenance and deactivation activities on time and right first time
- You will work with the data steward(s) and key stakeholders in driving the operational efficiency and data quality initiatives
- You will ensure consistent processes are followed by the operations steward(s)
- You will prepare and lead master data governance meetings for key stakeholders
- You will provide input to the data steward(s) on recommended changes in processes
- You will execute regular data cleansing programs to drive data quality
- You will ensure the compliance of the activities of the operations team responsibilities
- You will contribute/lead projects with master data impact by providing master data and business process expertise and input

Education and Experience
- You have knowledge of master data principles and best practices
- You are system and process oriented with high analytical skills
- You have expertise in operational best practices and ways of working
- You are comfortable driving operational activities on a daily basis and engaging with the steward(s) and business stakeholders as necessary
- You are able to perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents
- You are a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills
- You are structured, detail minded and well-organized
- You are open-minded, flexible and team oriented; capable of doing the extra mile to reach targets
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken
- You have direct reporting line people management experience
- You have knowledge of office apps, advanced knowledge on excel and must have a process/result oriented mindset
- You are able to build queries, summarize data, compute standard KPI's and presentations to different stakeholders
- You have strong problem-solving skills,
- You are disciplined, have a high sense of urgency and are a problem solve
