- Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains Working knowledge of leading software
- Languages : Fluent in English & French
- Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
- Awareness of Data Backup principles
**Your Tasks**:
- Provide On-Site Support
- Hw/Sw installation / uninstallation
- S/W installation / uninstallation
- Make equipment configuration
- Perform an Incident fix
- Manage stock of PC, equipment / peripherals, parts
- Manage Vendor’s warranty for replaces PC or equipment
- Decommissions devices
- Update and close tickets (Service Now)
- Label Equipment
- Update repositories after configuration change, PC move, end-user move,
- Maintain OSS documentation
- Hands and Eyes Services:
- Perform technical operations (working instructions) into technical rooms guided by an experimented technician from a Service-Desk / Operation center (from TAS IT Operations teams).
- Example of working instructions:
- Read and report message
- Reboot server
- Perform physical/local backup
- The purpose is literally to be the “hands” and the “eyes” of specialists / experts located in remote places.
- Fast interventions are required according to the priority (request urgency or incident criticality). High SLA are required
