**Positionner**:
En tant que **Talent Acquisition Specialist** vous êtes en charge de A à Z du recrutement des futurs Talents.
Au menu, voici ce qui vous attend:

- Etablir les besoins en recrutement avec les différents départements pour définir les profils et les compétences recherchées
- Organiser l'onboarding de vos nouveaux collaborateurs
- Optimiser le budget de recrutement annuel : contact avec les partenaires externes, facturation, prioritiser les besoins,...

**_ Vous proposez également des idées innovantes sur l'optimisation du recrutement des futurs collaborateurs : nouveaux canaux de recrutement, développement de collaboration avec des écoles, nouveaux outils,..._**

**Profil et compétences**:
Vous êtes impatient de commencer ce nouveau challenge ? Vous êtes **LA** personne qu'il nous faut si:

- Vous parlez parfaitement **français et néerlandais** (l'anglais est un atout)
- Vous avez un **Bachelier ou Master** ainsi qu'une expérience de **3 à 5 ans dans le recrutement**:

- Le recrutement n'a pas de secret pour vous Vous maîtrisez les **techniques d'entretien**, démontrez de **solides compétences analytiques** et êtes l'as du **sourcing**:

- Le** Time Management**, ça vous connaît Vous êtes une personne fiable et structurée (respect des deadlines, objectifs, budgets,...)
- Grâce à votre approche **créative et "out of the box"** vous savez atteindre les objectifs qui vous sont fixés
