Je analyseert en monitort risico’s op gebied van beleggingen & ALM en draagt je steentje bij om een betere controleomgeving te creëren. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor Risk en kan de business kwalitatief en kwantitatief challengen.

**De job in een notendop**

Je zal actief bijdragen aan de monitoring van beleggingen en van ALM. Meer concreet word je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en uitvoering van de volgende aspecten:

- bepalen van limieten voor beleggings-, krediet
- en ALM-risico’s conform de risk appetite van Belfius Insurance
- de business controleren op de juiste toepassing van deze guidelines, onder meer door deel te nemen aan de diverse sturingscomités (bv. ALCO)
- de periodieke opvolging van de beleggings
- en kredietlimieten
- het rendement en het risico van nieuwe beleggingsvoorstellen analyseren
- meewerken aan diverse projecten die bedoeld zijn om de beleggingsrisico's beter te identificeren, te meten en te sturen
- bijdragen aan het kwartaalverslag van Risk voor het topmanagement, door een overzicht te geven van de markt-, krediet-, liquiditeits
- en ALM-risico's waaraan de business is blootgesteld

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een masterdiploma handelsingenieur of economie (een hogere opleiding in financiële wetenschappen is een troef)
- uitstekende kennis van financiële instrumenten (obligaties, aandelen, vastgoed, beleggingsfondsen, hypothecaire kredieten, private equity...)
- basiskennis van de Solvency II-reglementering en bereidheid om de continue evolutie van de reglementaire aspecten (bv. IFRS 9) bij te houden
- 2 à 3 jaar ervaring bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij of een financiële instelling (risk / finance) is een troef
- uitstekende beheersing (gesproken en geschreven) van een landstaal (Nl of Fr), schriftelijke kennis van het Engels is een must
- eenvoudig en beknopt kunnen communiceren over complexe onderwerpen, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- kennis van MS Office, VBA... Kennis van Bloomberg is een troef
- een analytische geest. Je bent een constructieve en kritisch ingestelde teamspeler die ook autonoom kan werken
