You'll get to develop a client relationship from the early stages until the realization of the workspace project by managing the fit-out of office space. **What’s in it for you?**
As Junior Project Manager you will advise our corporate clients on how to get the best from their future office space, and how best value can be achieved through creative technical workplace solutions. You will have the chance to work closely with our clients to develop interior designs, implement & coordinate offices fit-out schemes in new buildings and organize refurbishment projects in existing buildings.
Other responsibilities are:
- In close collaboration with the Interior Design team, works on the spatial study & material proposals in adequacy with our clients’ expectations in terms of needs, image & quality.
- Integrate the technical building constraints in the proposed space planning.
- Present to the client the proposed new office space solution with the design team and with the support of the department director.
- Organize site visits with the proposed subcontractors.
- Organize and follow the construction works of the new office space within the approved budget & planning.
- As teamwork will be a key to success, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and/or Director and with the support of the Interior Architect & other Project Managers
**Let’s talk about you**
- You have a high school or university degree in Project Management / Construction Engineering / Architecture
- You are well structured & are mastering all MS Office tools
- You are able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
- You are French and / or Dutch speaker, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
