Over Team Translation And Communication Office (TACO)

Je komt terecht in de communicatiepoot van het TACO-team wiens opdracht tweeledig is:

- We begeleiden en bieden communicatieadvies en -support rond IT-veranderingen die een invloed hebben op onze klant en op de ganse maatschappij
- We zetten sterk in op interne communicatie gericht op de eigen medewerkers en consultants in België en de contractor-collega’s in Indië. Om onze rol op vlak van externe en interne communicatie mee vorm te geven en verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een allround communication officer om ons team te versterken.

Wat mag je van deze job verwachten?
- Je biedt advies en ondersteuning op het vlak van interne communicatie aan HR, Management, projectteams (zowel voor IT als interne projecten) en de interne supportorganisatie.
- Je neemt de dagelijkse operationele interne communicaties i.v.m. interventies, onbeschikbaarheden en wijzigingen aan IT-systemen voor de verschillende supportteams op.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van berichten op onze socialemediakanalen, community management en het schrijven van content en blogposts.
- Je neemt actief de rol van moderator op binnen onze socialemediakanalen, werkt het contentplan uit en ondersteunt de contributors en group owners (conversation management).
- Je denkt mee over de inhoud die wordt verspreid via de verschillende media en hoe deze kan evolueren.
- Je hebt een zwak voor organiseren van interne en externe events waarbij je mee instaat voor de ontwikkeling van thema, inhoud en format, waarbij je de onderhandelingen coördineert met de leveranciers (locatie, catering, sprekers, extra’s,), en mee zorgt voor een perfecte uitvoering en opvolging.
- Je doet aan nieuwsgaring en vindt manieren om moeilijke onderwerpen via tekst, beeld of video helder uit te leggen aan een breed publiek. Je hebt interesse in en kennis van video: je kan scenario’s uitwerken, ondersteuning bieden bij de opnemen en editeren van video’s.
- Kennis van grafische programma’s zoals Photoshop en/of InDesign is een pluspunt.
- Je bent in staat IT- en interne projecten te ondersteunen door het opstellen van een communicatiestrategie en -plan. Kennis van of een eerste ervaring met de ADKAR-methodologie is hierbij zeker een meerwaarde.
- Je hebt zin om je talenten uit te breiden binnen een tof team dat naast jou nog bestaat uit een Team Lead, drie andere communicatiemedewerkers en 4 vertalers.

- Je bent gepassioneerd door communicatie als middel om mensen en afdelingen te verbinden.
- Je hebt een neus voor nieuws en bent creatief en beschikt over een vat vol ideeën.
- Je gaat steeds op zoek naar de perfecte visuele invulling van content, indien nodig zorg je zelf voor geschikt en kwaliteitsvol beeldmateriaal.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en kan deze aanspreken in functie van het gekozen communicatiekanaal.
- Je houdt van netwerken, je voelt je als een vis in het water tijdens interactie met mensen en je past je vlot aan je doelpubliek aan.
- Je hebt ervaring in het opbouwen en onderhouden van sociale netwerken, sociale media hebben geen geheimen voor je.
- Je bent proactief, punctueel en je houdt ervan om verschillende projecten tegelijk op te volgen. Je bent stressbestendig en integer.
- Je kunt op professionele wijze interne contacten onderhouden, communiceert vlot en bent een teamspeler.
- Je bent flexibel, grappig en je kunt jezelf relativeren.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in communicatie en met de ADKAR-methodologie.
- Je bent vlot drietalig NL/FR/EN, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
