**_Contexte_**
- _
- Enabel met en œuvre une série de projets gérés depuis Bruxelles et regroupés dans un portefeuille de projets intitulé «_ _Global Projects_ _»._
- Ces projets présentent les caractéristiques générales suivantes :_
- ils sont souvent financés par un donateur tiers, mais aussi par la Belgique ;
- une partie des projets est exécutée en Belgique ;
- très souvent, les projets sont également actifs dans certains ou dans tous les pays où Enabel met en œuvre des activités ;
- souvent, lorsque le donateur n’est pas la Belgique, il s’agit de projets multiacteurs, Enabel assumant parfois le rôle de chef de file des acteurs chargés de la mise en œuvre.

- Afin d’optimiser le soutien et le suivi de ces projets, un support services hub a été mis en place. Celui-ci regroupe plusieurs fonctions, dont un-e Manager Finance & Contract, des Financial Controllers et des acheteur-euses._

**_Description de fonction_**
- En tant que Financial Controller, vous travaillez sous la direction du ou de la Manager Finance & Contract. Vous assurez la bonne gestion financière des projets concernés dans le but d’atteindre les résultats escomptés._
- À cette fin, vous assumez les responsabilités suivantes :_
- vous élaborez les budgets des projets et veillez à une utilisation efficiente et correcte des ressources ;
- vous produisez en temps opportun des rapports financiers exacts et complets pour les différentes parties prenantes du projet (donateurs, Enabel, partenaires, etc.) ;
- vous assurez également la planification financière et effectuez des analyses financières ;
- vous veillez au respect des procédures de gestion financière dans tous les domaines ;
- vous assurez la gestion financière des subsides et réalisez des contrôles financières des subsides octroyés ;
- vous enregistrez correctement les achats et les coûts encourus dans le système ERP et en assurez le suivi ;
- vous gérez les risques (identification, évaluation, mesures de contrôle de risques) ;
- vous assurez le suivi des recommandations formulées à la suite de l’audit.

**_Votre profil_**

**_Niveau d’étude requis_**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier en gestion financière, en économie ou dans un autre domaine pertinent pour la fonction.

**_Expérience exigée _**
- Au moins **3 ans** d’expérience en gestion financière ou en audit ;
- expérience dans un environnement international ;
- toute expérience professionnelle en gestion financière de subsides constitue un atout.

**_Connaissances et aptitudes exigées_**
- Vous êtes passionné-e par les chiffres et êtes rigoureux-se ;
- vous avez une grande aptitude à trouver des solutions et êtes axé-e sur les résultats ;
- vous avez le sens du service et de l’appui ;
- vous aimez prendre l’initiative et êtes proactif-ive ;
- vous faites preuve de flexibilité et êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement changeant et à distance ;
