Onze klant is op zoek naar een Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in Claims Management om hun dynamische team te versterken. Als een belangrijk lid van het juridische team zal je effectief schadedossiers beheren, aansprakelijkheid analyseren, robuuste verdedigingen ontwikkelen en optimale oplossingen zoeken. Je hebt een masterdiploma rechten nodig, een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans, een analytische geest en een sterk gevoel voor service. In ruil daarvoor kom je terecht in een tweetalig team, werk je in verschillende juridische domeinen en geniet je van een flexibele telewerkregeling en een competitief salarispakket.
**Description**
In een team van juristen beheert u schadedossiers vanaf het moment dat ze worden geopend tot het moment dat ze worden gesloten. Je analyseert de aansprakelijkheid van de betrokken beroepsbeoefenaar, ontwikkelt zijn of haar verweer - indien nodig in samenwerking met een advocaat - en zoekt de best mogelijke oplossing voor geschillen, met behoud van het evenwicht tussen de juridische en economische aspecten.
Afhankelijk van de complexiteit en de behoeften van elke zaak voer je juridisch onderzoek uit en adviseer je over de beste handelwijze.
Maar eerst en vooral ben je een vertrouwenspersoon voor professionals en een partner voor advocaten.
Je wisselt ideeën uit met een panel van experts tijdens tweewekelijkse vergaderingen en op dagelijkse basis met advocaten en collega's. Je communiceert regelmatig met het hoofd van de afdeling.
**Profile**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in de rechten.
- Een masterdiploma notariaat of ervaring in het notariaat is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Je bent een goede communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt een analytische en kritische geest en houdt van een goed uitgevoerde opdracht.
- Je werkt goed in teamverband maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en servicegericht.

Bij de behandeling van schadeclaims krijg je te maken met een breed scala aan juridische zaken (civiel recht, fiscaal recht, bestuursrecht, gerechtelijk recht en natuurlijk verzekeringsrecht). Je hebt dagelijks contact met een breed scala aan mensen (notarissen, advocaten, deskundigen, enz.). Je krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen.
Bovendien kan je tot 60% van de tijd van thuis uit werken en geniet je van een aantrekkelijk salarispakket.
