Pour l'un de nos clients, spécialiste et leader du recouvrement de créances pour les entreprises, les indépendants et les particuliers, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de recouvrement pour rejoindre son Centre de recouvrement.
**Description**
- Vous êtes responsable de la première partie du processus de recouvrement, qui commence avec les premiers arriérés de paiement du client. Si les arriérés ne sont pas remboursés (régularisation), vous transférez le dossier au recouvrement pour l'exécution des garanties.
- Vous ne gérez pas votre propre portefeuille mais travaillez principalement sur les dossiers qui vous sont confiés, ce qui n'exclut pas des interventions régulières dans d'autres dossiers du Centre de recouvrement.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'interaction avec les clients en mettant l'accent sur la résolution (ponctuelle/structurelle/capacité de remboursement).
- Vous vous efforcez d'offrir une excellente expérience au client.
- Vous analysez le dossier du point de vue du risque et du droit afin de trouver une solution qui réponde aux intérêts du client et de la banque.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi administratif du dossier.
- Vous vous engagez activement dans la réalisation des objectifs communs du Centre de recouvrement.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier au minimum.
- Une expérience dans une fonction similaire (gestion du recouvrement) est un atout.
- Vous communiquez couramment (à l'écrit et au téléphone) et êtes bilingue néerlandais/français (l'allemand et l'anglais sont un atout).
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers le client et êtes un(e) excellent(e) négociateur(trice), soucieux(se) d'obtenir des résultats.
- Vous êtes empathique et savez écouter.
- Vous recherchez des solutions durables pour le client.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante et de prendre vos propres décisions
- Vous êtes avide d'apprendre et avez une grande capacité d'adaptation.
- Vous êtes dynamique et enthousiaste et vous ne craignez pas les défis.
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et une attitude constructive.
