Comment pouvez-vous faire la différence ?- Au sein de la SNCB, la direction Stations fait office de propriétaire et de gestionnaire de 550 gares, ainsi que des parkings qui les accompagnent et de leurs environs. Cela concerne environ 6 065 ha de terrain et 1600 bâtiments d'une surface brute de 1,7 million de m². La direction Stations emploie environ 1450 personnes et est organisée en 3 zones (centrale, nord et sud), avec une coordination centrale à Bruxelles. Chaque année, environ 110 millions d'euros sont investis dans les gares et leur environnement.- La division IT de la direction Stations intervient pour les besoins IT dans les gares et parkings attenants mais également au niveau des bureaux et bâtiments techniques de la SNCB. Cela comprend l’implémentation de la Roadmap IT, l’appui des techniques de sécurité, la fourniture de matériel et le support IT.- Dans ce contexte, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) chef(fe) de projet IT, qui rejoindra une équipe dynamique aux profils variés.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant que chef(fe) de projet Design & Build¸ vous avez pour mission d’outiller, d’optimiser et de faciliter les activités de vos collègues dans les domaines de la conception et de la construction des gares.- Dans ce contexte, vous prenez en main des projets relatifs à la détermination de la stratégie d’investissement, à la conception et aux projets de construction et de rénovation, ainsi qu’à la gestion de projets de construction et à la planification des effectifs. Vous menez à bien vos projets, depuis leur phase de conception jusqu’à leur réalisation.- Pour ce faire, vous êtes en constante collaboration avec vos collègues afin de déterminer leurs besoins IT, vous planifiez les projets, vous assurez la coordination avec Ypto (la société informatique de la SNCB). Vous gérez, quand nécessaire, l’équipe de développement, vous contrôlez l’avancement et les éventuels risques du projet, et coordonnez tous les stakeholders internes et externes.**Aperçu des tâches principales**:

- Détermination des besoins avec les stakeholders ;
- Surveillance, coordination et intégration du scope (rédaction de listes d’actions et des états d’avancement,) ;
- Gestion de l’équipe de développement ;
- Coordination entre Ypto en concertation avec Project Management Office Stations (PMO) ;
- Contrôle et coordination du timing et des ressources ;
- Contrôle et coordination de la qualité et des risques ;
- Propositions en lien avec le New way of working [NWOW] ;
- Gestion orientée solutions (information et recommandations, identification de l’évolution,) ;
- Communication avec les stakeholders (reporting, initiation de mesures correctives,).- Votre action contribue de manière essentielle au sentiment général de confort des collaborateurs Stations et à l'efficacité de nos différents services.- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de master ou d’ingénieur et disposez entre 1 et 4 ans d’expérience similaire ou vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier et disposez de minimum 4 ans d’expérience similaire.
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, vous devez être en possession d'une attestation d'équivalence délivrée par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles pour pouvoir participer à la sélection.**Compétences**:

- Vous êtes francophone ou néerlandophone et vous maîtrisez bien la deuxième langue nationale (oral). Vous possédez une maîtrise fonctionnelle de l’anglais.
- Vous disposez des connaissances nécessaires pour gérer un projet et avez de l’expérience en méthodologie de Project Management telle que PMBok (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
- Vous êtes capable de comprendre les souhaits et exigences des clients et de les mettre en œuvre.
- Vous êtes capable de planifier, organiser des réunions, coordonner et organiser une équipe interdisciplinaire.
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, orientée vers un objectif et disciplinée, même en l'absence de votre responsable.
- Vous restez concentré sur vos objectifs et permettez à vos collègues de faire de même.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des domaines suivants:

- Planification de la main-d'œuvre et des ressources ;
- Gestion de projet ;
- BIM ;
- Rapports sur les projets ;
- Structure de répartition du travail.
- Vous êtes orienté client et agissez toujours de manière intègre et dans l’intérêt de votre entreprise.
