Context
De Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding, kortweg VDAB, is een Vlaamse overheidsdienst die vraag en aanbod op de arbeidsmarkt samenbrengt en vooral als taak heeft werkzoekenden te bemiddelen en te begeleiden naar werk. Zo nodig worden de competenties van de werkzoekenden verhoogd in de competentiecentra van de VDAB.
De VDAB is een data gedreven organisatie en moet in 2020 op de kaart staan als de innovatieve netwerkregisseur van de arbeidsmarkt in Vlaanderen
De I&T afdeling van VDAB is op zoek naar een QA officer
De ICT infrastructuur en de ICT toepassingen dienen de VDAB dienstverlening maximaal te ondersteunen. Zowel de infrastructuur als de toepassingen evolueren permanent. Het is een uitdaging om samen met de business de nieuwe aankomende softwareprojecten uit te werken.
De I&T afdeling is een dynamisch team (> 400 medewerkers) dat werkt in een vooruitstrevende technologische omgeving. Tevens is er ruimte voor opleiding om de technologische evolutie te volgen.
Doel
Een Quality Assurance officer staat in voor het bewaken van de goede werking van de software productie
- en beheersprocessen.
Bij VDAB Software Factory bouwen en beheren we de software die gebruikt wordt door alle Vlaamse werkzoekenden, werkgevers, VDAB consulenten en partners. In 2020 starten we met de introductie van een nieuw kwaliteitsbeleid waarvoor we op zoek zijn naar een QA officer om de bestaande krijtlijnen te verbeteren en de implementatie van het kwaliteitsbeleid te faciliteren. De QA officer moet samenwerken met de diverse partijen die betrokken zijn in de ontwikkeling, aankoop en onderhoud van software, binnen en buiten de VDAB Software Factory.
Als QA officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het bepalen van de strategie en objectieven voor de organisatie mbt tot software kwaliteitsbeheer
- Het begeleiden, motiveren en inspireren van de teams om op te evolueren naar een meer kwalitatieve werking
- Het waken over de kwaliteit van onze processen
- Uitwerken en uitvoeren van de lange termijn visie en beleid met betrekking tot software kwaliteit
- Het opstellen van, onderhouden van en waken over de toepassing van de kwaliteitsstandaarden en het beleid
- De organisatie en de teams ondersteunen bij de integratie van het beleid en de kwaliteitsstandaarden
- Leiderschap en technische expertise
- Het inrichten, onderhouden, analyseren van processen
**Wie zoeken we?**:
Criteria
- Ervaring met het uitwerken en integreren van een unfurme manier van werken.
- Ervaring in Software Quality Assurance
- Ervaring met het coachen van teams binnen een IT organisatie.
- Ondersteunen van management bij het optimaliseren van de organisatie
- Zelfstandig uitwerken van opdrachten en afstemmen met de stakeholders en uitvoerders van de opdracht
- Ervaring met de Agile methodologie
- Ondersteunen van teams en organisatie bij de integratie van kwaliteitsstandaarden en proceswijzigingen
- Ervaring met projectmanagement
- Ervaring met procesverbetering
- Ervaring in Software testing
- Ervaring met het uitwerken en realiseren van een lange termijn visie en beleid.

Gevraagde opleiding
Bachelor diploma of evenwaardig niveau op basis van verworven ervaring en competenties.
Minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
