Om op een gezonde manier te handelen op de financiële markten, is een **doordacht risicobeheer** onontbeerlijk. Als Counterparty Credit Risk Manager speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol.
Het **team** dat je versterkt - Group Risk - ondersteunt de dealingroomactiveiten van KBC op verschillende manieren:
- We meten, monitoren en rapporteren over counterparty credit risk.
- We geven het management een geïntegreerd, economisch zicht op de risico’s.
- We geven advies en ondersteuning bij business proposals die over risk & capital management gaan.
- We ontwikkelen nieuwe tegenpartij risico methodologiëen.
- We nemen deel aan projecten die raakvlakken hebben met risk.
- We meten, monitoren en rapporteren over waarderingsaanpassingen (xVA).
- Samen met je collega’s neem je dus een **belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid** op in een context die **nooit verveelt**.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je **analyseert** **nieuwe regelgeving** en **implementeert** die in onze werking.
- Je doet **analyses op counterparty credit risk**. De resultaten van je bevindingen rapporteer je aan interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je bouwt een goede werkrelatie op met je collega’s aan businesskant, traders en dealers van de KBC dealing room. Zo word je een **betrouwbare partner** voor hen.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de **methodologie** die we gebruiken om counterparty risk te beheren.
**Jouw troeven?**:
- Je hebt verschillende jaren **ervaring in counterparty risk**. Idealiter heb je ook een masterdiploma in economie of wiskunde.
- Je kijkt ernaar uit om je kennis verder te verdiepen en te delen met je collega’s.
- Je werkt zeer vlot met **Excel en SQL**. Ken je ook Python? Nog beter
- Dankzij je goede kwantitatieve skills begrijp je** complexe methodologieën**.
- Je communiceert sterk in het **Engels**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Dat is nodig om met alle interne en externe stakeholders vlot samen te werken.
