**Voor een ambitieus bouwproject gelegen aan de Rechteroever van Antwerpen zoeken wij voor de komende 3 jaar een Construction Manager die de werken in goede banen wil leiden.**
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- ** Als Construction Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overkoepelende constructiemanagement van het bouwproject.**:
- ** Je coördineert de bouwwerf met de constructiemanagers van de 4 verschillende loten (Civiel, Stoomleidingen, gebouwen, uitrusting) op dagelijkse basis en zorgt voor een vlotte voortgang van het project.**:
- ** Je monitort en stuurt de korte en lange termijn constructieplanning bij**:
- ** Je lost conflicten en clashes op in bijvoorbeeld de werkplanningen van de verschillende loten,**:
- ** Inplannen en voorzitten van meetings in samenwerking met de veiligheidscoördinator TMB van de bouwheer.**:
- ** Je rapporteert regelmatig naar de Project Manager van de bouwheer en bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werf.**

- JOUW PROFIEL
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een **Master-diploma** of **denkniveau**:
- Reeds enkele jaren ervaring als Construction Manager of een gelijkaardige rol
- Je hebt een goede kennis van **civiele bouwkunde** en** leidingtechnieken**, bij voorkeur **stoom**:
- Aansturen van 4 projectmanagers en andere derden zijn voor jou geen probleem
- Je bent planmatig en kan goed het overzicht bewaren
