We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Consultant M/F/d for our office in Brussel.

**What we offer**
- Structured onboarding with 30-day training both online and in Munich during the 1st year
- Driving our market growth in Belgium, fair sales targets and **no bonus limit**:

- Responsibility for the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing. Focus: Acquisition of new customers
- Approaching C-level decision makers by phone with a strong approach
- You are a process leader in your sales approach and expert on Workforce Management
- You take clients from analysis, present the return on investment of the business case, and are able to create the added value (sales cycle from 1-1,5 years)

**Your Capabilities**
- 3-6 years of sales experience in B2B and ideally in Software Sales
- You know how to win trust by acting as an advisor
- A completed university education
- Enthusiasm for digitalisation and willingness to travel as a Sales Manager
- You need excellent Dutch & French skills and good English skills to work in our office in Brussel
