**IT Network Architect**:
**What does it entail?**:
- Designing new data networks, taking account of our customers’ requirements;
- Taking part in the implementation of designs and solutions with the help of an installation and support team;
- Designing and implementing new systems to improve overall security;
- Proposing improvements to existing architectures;
- Working together with colleagues to carry out investigations and to diagnose and resolve network problems.
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Preferably you will have a master’s, or at least a bachelor’s degree in ICT;
- You have at least five years’ experience designing and configuring networks;
- You know the ins and outs of the Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols of the OSI model;
- You hold at least a Cisco CCNP certificate in routing/switching;
- You have a good knowledge of Cisco business networks (LAN, WiFi, security);
- You’re familiar with the tools and aids that Cisco makes available on its website;
- A Cisco CCNA-certificate in data centres and/or wireless networks or equivalent experience would be a plus point.
- You communicate fluently and you’re capable of building trust-based relationships with customers;
- You work autonomously and methodically in a structured and organised way;
- You speak and write fluent French and have a good knowledge of Dutch and English;
