About the job
**Are you at the beginning of your finance career? Would you like to kick it off within an international FMCG company with opportunities to grow further? Here is your chance Join us as Junior Topline Controller for our cross-categories Belgium & Luxemburg (Belux) division in Brussels and learn all subtlety of topline controlling within a fast-moving environment.**
As our new Junior Topline Controller, you support the Belux topline controlling team mainly on **marketing topics**: A&P and innovations. You will be also involved in best practices and new process implementation to support the controlling team in its transformation.
You report to the Senior Customer Development Controller within the Finance department of Danone Belux in Brussels.
Concretely, you will bring value by
- **Supporting the marketing team** in their budgets follow up and forecast, raising the alert on risks & opportunities and preparing monthly closing with high level of accuracy,
- **Supporting the senior topline controller on innovation process** by building innovation trackers**, **supporting business cases build-up and R&O templates,
- **Supporting internal stakeholders** (finance, marketing, etc.) in diverse projects: preparation of presentations and meeting, development of **business cases templates**, implementation of **new tools** and processes, **ad hoc analysis** or **data quality**.
About you
To be able to achieve the above, you have a relevant** Master’s Degree **(business management, finance) and you are fluent in **English **(Dutch and/or French is a plus)**.**
- Be **rigorous** to provide accuracy in all analysis and have a system appetence,
- Be very **well-organized** and able to plan and anticipate tasks,
- **Be analytical **to be able to understand and connect data with each other and take a more strategic approach when needed,
- Has **strong communication skills** with the **power to connect easily** with other teams to understand the story behind their data and figures.
