Danone Belgium is looking for a business co-pilot across our four categories The Topline Controller is at the heart of the Belgium business animation, bringing a fact-based and transversal view to the business partners and being the guardian of a strong, profitable and sustainable growth. The position allows working in a dynamic environment within the Danone Belgium finance team. Join us on this great adventure
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of figures including explanatory comments to the results.
- Manage the monthly finance cycles such as month close and rolling forecast,
- Incorporate specific customer and business insights into the company's planning process
- Drive the business partnership with the sales team, by providing financial analysis and offer support during annual negotiations.
- Share best practices and initiatives aimed at optimizing the financial performance with our customers.
- Participate in cross-functional decision committee as a finance SPOC
- Support and challenge part of the commercial & marketing teams in order to make the right business decisions, aligned with the resources and strategy of the entity
- Take an active part in transversal projects, share knowledge and expertise inside and outside of Danone Belgium
- Further increase financial awareness in the organization and understanding of the impact of all our activities on our financial KPI's

About you
- Targeted profile Required
- University degree Business Economics or Business School
- Minimum 3 years proven track record within sales/business control and/or financial audit
- Experience in business partnering with sales/marketing teams

- Have a collaborative working style, your colleagues consider you as a real team player;
- Have attention to detail, are organized and have good planning skills
- Translate commercials needs into financial impact and are a strong communicator
- Are curious and not afraid of challenging the status quo
- Are at ease with Office software (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP, Essbase, TM1 is a plus
- Speak fluently English. Dutch or French is a plus
